Simplicity in Creativity

The idea was born in 1956 by grandfather Petalas Panagiotis and his wife Maria in the coastal village of Kiotari south of Rhodes. The first customers were the fishermen, farmers and hunters of the area themselves, who gathered at the restaurant to share grandma's mezes but also stories of everyday life. With a frying pan and a grill, she cooked food full of love.

My grandparents passion for this restaurant was what inspired me and I wanted to get involved in cooking
